This home presents like a cottage in the park. Nestled on a park-like . 25 acre lot, its traditional style and gentle colors are very inviting. It's marked location on the Zillow map is not correct, and I have not been successful in changing it, The home is actually located to the left of the red arrow, situated where the mass of trees are located. (The form which looks like a running track on the culdesac is also an error; there is another home located in that spot. I am trying to get Zillow to fix these problems.
What the Owner Loves: It's charm and livability. The floor plan is wonderful for entertaining with good circulation. Two of the three bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a queen bed with an additional four to five pieces of furniture without feeling cramped. Wonderful upgrades include a full tiled bathroom, partial wooden floors, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom office alcove, mirrored closet doors, built in office shelves. The school boundaries offer virtually the cream of the Fairfax County Public Schools. (We moved here for that reason as do many.)
