We want folks who love to wow customers. On both the engineering and real estate teams, we look for people who go above and beyond to serve customers. We measure customer satisfaction based on a NPS score, a simple calculation of how willing our customers are to recommend our service to a friend. Every month, we shoot for the gold standard of 80%.
