2. Connect with a Redfin agent:
   Your Redfin agent will do some research on the property and call you to discuss. The listing agent of the property you want to buy won't see anything until you and your Redfin agent agree on the price and terms of your offer.
3. Hammer out the offer:
   Together, you'll hammer out an opening offer. Your Redfin agent then negotiates to get
   you the best deal possible.
