When buying a home with Redfin, the lead agent is responsible for your success, supported by a team who is with you at every step:
- Redfin Lead Agent: typically with experience in 20+ deals, a Redfin lead agent answers your day-to-day questions, guides your search and leads negotiations. Staying in close contact with their team, this agent is responsible for your success.
- Redfin Associate Agent: associate agents take on all aspects of your deal from negotiations through closing. Once a deal is struck, they handle all the details by coordinating property access for inspectors, mortgage appraisers and insurers, investigating the title for problems, preparing paperwork and ensuring an on-time closing.
- Redfin Field Agent: often an entry-level agent, a Redfin field agent takes you on home tours, hosts open houses and attends inspections.
The Redfin agents you see in the online profiles are lead agents. In outlying areas, Redfin-employed agents aren't available, but we can deliver service via one of our partner agents and still offer you a 15% commission credit.
Redfin agents earn more than double the industry average. Here's what makes them the cream of the crop:
- Experience: on average, every Redfin lead agent has closed 50+ transactions. Our agents work deals every week, so we're all over new laws and market shifts.
- Customer focus: commissions pay an agent more when you pay more for a home. But Redfin agents' bonus is based on customer satisfaction. That means we fight harder for you to get a good price.
- Team approach: you'll benefit from the collective experience and local expertise of our agent teams that work together to guide you through each step of the process.
Browse our agent profiles and pick out an agent to call or email (we won't spam you or harass you later):
