Buy a Home: Redfin Select
Want a little more help when you're buying a home?
Redfin's new premium service, Redfin Select, lets you:
- Take more tours: take two tours with us every week for up to four months, and
- Consult before you make an offer: discuss pricing and offer strategy with your Redfin agent while you're considering an offer.
Redfin Select customers get a 50% commission refund. If you only need to see a few homes, Redfin Direct offers two free tours and a 2/3rds commission refund. If you can't decide, take your two free home tours with no commitment. Then you can join the Select program or stay with Redfin Direct and pay $250 for each additional tour.
To sign up, email select@redfin.com and we'll send you info. Enrolling doesn't obligate you to work with Redfin, only sets the terms of service. You can cancel at any time.

Note that our minimum fee is $5,500, which only applies to homes priced under $366,667, or homes with less than a 3% commission to the buyers' agent.
- Redfin tours are up to two hours each. You can see as many as five or six homes, depending on your route.
- Tours are available seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We'll get you on a tour within 48 hours of your request, often sooner.
- Redfin offers rush-hour tours, 40-minutes each, Monday through Thursday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for when you need to see one or two homes quickly.
- You can schedule up to two tours per week.
- You're pre-approved for a mortgage for the amount of your expected offer.
- You're looking for a home in Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, or Mercer Island.
- You enroll in the program. If you're buying a home with a partner, the two of you share the tours.
