Search Redfin Help
Redfin offers several monthly reports to suit your every need
- Home Report: track the value of your home with photos and prices when your neighbors sell.
- Insider Report: track your favorite city, zip or neighborhood with market trends and photos of the most interesting listings and sales.
The Redfin Home Report is a monthly email customized for your home. At the beginning of each month, you'll receive your Home Report with:
- Photos and prices of the sales nearest your home
- Market trends in your zip code
- The newest listings in your neighborhood
- Noteworthy listings: the most expensive, least expensive & most popular
To sign up for the Redfin Home Report for your own home, simply claim your home on Redfin. This can be done by searching your address on Redfin and clicking "Claim Home" from your home's page. You can also claim your house in the sidebar of the My Favorites page under My Redfin
The Redfin Insider Report is a monthly email customized for the city, zip code, or neighborhood of your choice. At the beginning of each month, you'll receive your Insider Report with:
- Market trends for this area
- Photos and prices of recent sales and the latest listings
- Noteworthy listings: the most expensive, least expensive & most popular
To sign up for the Redfin Insider Report, search the neighborhood, city or zip code of your choice and head to our Stats & Trends page. Click the "Sign Up" button to get your Insider Report. Note that the report is unavailable for smaller neighborhoods where we don't have enough sales data to compile market trends.
