Clear Your Cache
Your Internet browser stores the images, sounds, videos and web pages that you have visited in a local hard drive folder called a cache. This helps browsing the Internet faster for you. Occasionally, a file can be stored incorrectly in that cache and cause problem with our web site, so we recommend clearing it.
To clear the web browser cache in Internet Explorer 7.0:
- Select the Tools menu.
- Click Internet Options.
- In the General tab, click the Delete... button in the Browsing History section.
- Click the Delete files... button.
- Click the Yes button.
- Click the Close button.
- Click the OK button.
To clear the web browser cache in Internet Explorer 6.0:
- Select the Tools menu.
- Click Internet Options.
- In the General tab, click the Delete Files... button in the Temporary Internet Files section.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the OK button again.
To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher:
- Select the Tools menu.
- Click Options.
- On the Privacy tab select Clear Now.
- Uncheck all checkboxes except Cache.
- Click the Clear Private Data Now button.
- Click the OK button.
To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher:
- Select the Firefox menu.
- Click Preferences.
- On the Privacy tab select Clear Now.
- Uncheck all checkboxes except Cache.
- Click the OK button.
- Close the dialog window.
To clear your cache in Safari 3.0 or higher:
- Select the Safari menu.
- Click Empty Cache...
- Click the Empty button.
