Get Listing Updates
Setting up a Redfin Listing Update email will help you stay up-to-date on the market while you're searching for a new home or listing your current home. When you sign up, we'll email you new and updated listings for the neighborhood you're searching in. There is no limit to the number of updates you can set up so it's easy to keep an eye on all neighborhoods of interest.
Follow these steps to set up daily listing updates in your search area:
- Sign in to Redfin at the link located at the top right hand side of any Redfin web page with the email and password you created during registration. If you haven't already created an account, you can do so now.

- Enter your target neighborhood, zip code or city into the search box in the upper left corner of the Redfin.com map page. If you're tracking a particular listing, such as your own home for sale, enter the MLS number in the search box. This will immediately center the map on that listing but then you'll need to click Show All in Mapped Area to show the surrounding listings.

- Now click the Prices, Beds... link next to the Search Listings button. When the dialog appears, select the options that matter most to you: house or condo, the number of bed and bath rooms and square footage, or other criteria. More about setting search criteria.

- Click Get New Listings Daily located to the right of the Search Listings button.

- Click Email New Listings Daily.

- Please note that you will only receive the daily email update on days when new listings have appeared that meet your criteria. If you want to stop receiving emails, you can click My Redfin in the top right corner, then click Saved Searches on the drop-down menu. Once on the Saved Searches page, you can change email notification to Never.
To stop receiving Redfin email updates, turn off email notification for saved searches by clicking the Unsubscribe All link at the top of the Saved Searches page.
RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, provides another easy way to subscribe to new and updated listings that match your search criteria. You can subscribe to new listings on Redfin with your My Yahoo, iGoogle or Netvibes page. Alternatively, you can see these new listings as a subscription in your favorite feed reader, such as Google Reader.
If you want to view an RSS feed of a property page, you can do so by setting up your search as you want it, then clicking Save this Search at the top of the map page. In the drop-down menu, choose your favorite feed reader or click RSS 2.0 Feed to configure it through your browser.

New and updated listings will be added to your RSS feed as soon as we receive them.
