Interactive HUD-1
The HUD-1 is a form that your lender is required to provide to you one day before closing. It lists the final closing costs and fees for your loan. By law, the final costs listed on your HUD-1 must be within 10% of the estimates provided on your Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
This interactive feature is designed to help you understand the HUD-1 form, and to compare it to the GFE you received from your lender when you applied for your loan. If you have specific questions about the HUD-1, you should talk to your lender.
Instructions: Just click on any of the yellow dots below to get more information on each section of the HUD-1. Use the tabs at the top of the form to change pages.
