Andres is the man! Personable and ALWAYS available day and night. He got the job done, and when there were hiccups, he got on it and fixed them right away. This is one hard working guy, and one very good person. AAA+++

Email, call, text - everything works :) Like a chess player, I like to know my next couple of moves and Andres always kept me a step or two ahead of process as & when we can. Andres Delgado at BluFI Lending – unprecedented level of customer service!! As first time buyers, when my wife and I decided to buy a house in Los Angeles we were very concerned about the whole process. At the time we didn’t live in LA and everything had to be done remotely. Our realtor John Venty recommended Andres to us as his preferred mortgage broker. The very first time I made a phone call to Andres it was well past the normal hours. I thought I’d live a message, instead Andres picked up the phone and answered all my preliminary questions. The following day I received a welcome email from Andres outlining the future steps of getting pre-qualified. He made himself available and very accessible via any means of communications. What struck me as an extraordinary level of customer service was the fact that I could send Andres an SMS to his personal cell phone and receive a response from him literally within minutes, no matter what time of the day. I have rarely, if ever, encountered such dedication from any field of customer service. When we saw the house we liked we decided proceed with an offer. We knew that we needed to act immediately in order not to miss the opportunity. The seller requested additional cross pre-qualification letter from the preferred bank as well as proof of funds letter. Around 8pm I called Andres and he right away got to work on getting the additional requested documents. The next morning the seller had our offer on his table. Andres was very quick and efficient getting all the paperwork together. Our offer was accepted and we entered a lengthy and at times bumpy escrow process. During the qualifying process with the bank we ran into unexpected obstacles. The situation was pretty serious and we could not only loose the opportunity to buy the house but our earnest money was at risk too. And that’s where Andres demonstrated what makes him stand out above any even the most excellent mortgage bankers. He really went all above and beyond the scope of his professional duties in order to make the loan happen. Andres was fighting for us and for our loan to go through. Through the whole process Andres as immediately available and time of the day. He kept working for the situation to be resolved in a timely manner. He would send me updates as early as 8 am and at times well past midnight. As busy as he is if your situation calls for it he will be there for you and will keep on top of things until the matter is resolved. I know for the fact that if not for Andre’s incredible efforts and “out of the box” thinking our loan would not get funded and we may have lost our earnest money. Having been pre-qualified by several other mortgage banks we found BluFi Lending to be competitive and easy to work with. BluFi employs similar structure as Redfin and gives you a monetary credit back with is applied to the closing cost. None of the other institutions we have talked to offered this bonus. I have yet to meet Andres in person but feel like we’ve become friends over this last month. I will for sure be calling Andres for any future financial matters, whether its re-financing or getting a new loan. I have already recommended Andres to all of my friends looking to purchase a home.

Andres was so great and following up with us via phone and email to answer any questions and to make sure we were taken care of. Communication is so important to me so he was great.
