You should expect a 2 - 3 hour tour of your home and a digital, detailed report within 24 hours highlighting any issues found in order to get you the best possible house for your money. Having done over 11,000 homes, very few home inspectors match my experience and knowledge of homes.

Jim has such great knowledge of homes of all ages and knows what to look for. I was purchasing a home from 1900 that had also been remodeled recently so he was able to point out what things were modified to the house, how it probably was laid out before the remodel and was able to find every issue that might present itself. This was the second time I've used Jim to inspect my home and would definitely call him for the next. He's knowledgeable, easy-going, thorough and just plain good at what he does.
