I am MD licensed home inspector with over 18 years of combined experience in home inspection and construction. My goal is to provide every client with a dependable, thorough and knowledgeable inspection through courteous, respectful and honest interactions. All my findings are delivered professionally in an easy-to-understand, computer-generated report within 24 hours complete with digital pictures. I perform inspections 7 days a week. I'm a certified Radon Measurement Specialist, certified Mold Assessor and a certified Sewer Scan Technician

Not only did Avi performed an excellent and thorough service, but he provided a vast amount of extra education to us about how to care for a home. We definitely needed that as first time buyers! Also, Avi wrote to us the next day that he had accidentally over charged us by $15 and asked to return it- we said, no worries you can keep it for hazard pay (inspection was during COVID pandemic). However, he decided to match the $15 and donated $30 to a local food bank. Great guy!

I have had about 7 home inspections prior to this (from previous properties and other pre-inspections) and unfortunately this one was not great and I would not recommend him. I did not get clear answers from Avi during the inspection and his report is confusing. Other inspectors would discuss items with me as they went and teach me about the property but he didn't really do this. He also did not go on the roof at all because he did not feel safe, which seems like it is part of the job? I will likely pay for another inspection because I did not feel I got adequate information.

Avi is a great inspector! He was patient and accessible- he explained everything that he saw and ably answered any questions I had (even after the inspection was over). He is thorough - taking the time to record any and all items of interest/needing attention. His reports were available within the day (often in hours), detailed, easy to read, had pictures, and recommendations - which is a good thing to have handy. I'd highly recommend Avi!
