Adam is very responsive and courteous. We accomplished a great deal in a short amount of time. Although we did not close, it's the property that did not pass scrutiny.

We love the Redfin model, perfect fit for us! Adam was extremely helpful in the initial stage when we prepared a competitive offer for our condo. He was very responsive throughout the process, responding quickly to e-mails and returning phone calls. |

Once we decided to make an offer, Adam quickly got up to speed on the property and all the issues involved. He was with us every step of the way, easily reachable and he even provided some very helpful advice on some tricky negotiations (and we did get a price reduction).

Had no problems with Adam or Redfin, although it seemed as though a team effort was employed. Personally, I still feel it was worth the extra savings. I don't think a full service broker would provide any additional benefit.
