Adam was very willing to answer questions through the entire process with us. His replies were always prompt. He helped guide us through a very competitive multiple bid situation, and in the end we got the property we wanted for a price we could afford. Who could ask for more? =)

Had no problems with Adam or Redfin, although it seemed as though a team effort was employed. Personally, I still feel it was worth the extra savings. I don't think a full service broker would provide any additional benefit.

I'm a first-time homebuyer, and Adam was there for me every step of the way during the process of my relocation to Massachusetts from California. He answered every single newbie question that I had, no matter how trivial. Adam was very meticulous, helped keep the entire process on track, and went the extra mile multiple times in order to make the transaction a smashing success; we closed exactly on time. We had a multiple offer situation in which we prevailed, no doubt due to Adam's professionalism and strong presentation of my offer. I'm incredibly glad that I chose to work with him and will certainly be recommending him (and Redfin as a whole) to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The Redfin rebate was just an extra bonus on top of the extra savings he helped negotiate - we got 3.1% off list price in spite of the multiple offer situation, and over 9.2% off the original list price. The house appraised $10,000 over the sale price.

Overall my experience with Redfin was great. The website is very powerful and free to use. Working with Redfin was very easy, but you must be prepared to do some of the house searching leg work on your own. If you know what you want, touring homes and making an offer just requires yo to submit a web request. Adam was the agent who worked with me on purchase. I had some questions as a first time home buyer, but Adam answered all of them for me and help me along in the process. Adam was available to with me when I needed him and the closing went very smoothly. I am happy in my new home and I would recommend Redfin to others based on my experience.

Adam was extremely helpful in guiding us through the buying process and responsed quickly to all communications and queries. When our mortgage application ran into an unexpected problem the evening before the closing, Adam worked with us and our attorney late into the night to successfully resolve the issue. Adam is absolutely gorgeous! An expert on everything related to house, he would point out both good and bad things in great detail, especially those that are not apparent at first sight but likely to cost a fortune to fix up sooner or later. At the same time, he is always very patient and attentive to customer needs, and would make extremely useful recommendations based on his understanding of your preferences - oftentimes even more thorough and to the point than your own understanding :-p Also he's very responsive, punctual, fun to talk to, etc. etc. Would highly recommend to any of my friends thinking of buying a house!

We think Adam needs to be more aggresive as a negotiator though, as well as listen to buyers concerns and be willing to negotiate harder for their interests, and not make so many assumptions about the other side.

Adam went above and beyond as our agent when we were buying our condo. Not only was his knowledge of the market priceless (and super helpful when it came to negotiating the price down), but he put us in touch with excellent professionals, such as an inspector and a mortgage broker, who were top notch. Adam was always on time and went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. He also caught on really quickly to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time showing us and trying to sell us on places that really weren't us. I found Adam to be really honest and easy-going and he helped make house hunting less overwhelming and more fun.

Adam is an amazing real estate agent. I built three condos in Dorchester and within one month of putting them on the market Adam had two of them under agreement. He sold the last one two months later. Adam is extremely professional, everything went smoothly and I highly recommend him.
