Anna was very fast in replying to our email questions. Only had email contacts with her (no phone call or in-person meetings), but she did everything we expected in submitting our offers and dealing with counter-offers. Nothing super exceptional or above and beyond, but solid responsive service. |

Once I realized that Anna responds to questions only when she has answers instead of writing something like "got your questions, will see what I can find out" each time, then I felt reassured that everything was on track to closing. She's not one for responding with fluff so if you're the type that needs constant hand-holding, then you might want to go with a full service agent vs redfin in general. She's great to use if you prefer email communications and sending paperwork in electronic format. For this being our first homebuying experience, it was a great experience and we would use redfin again. |

Overall good experience. Very little interaction with agent which was to be expected. She was quick to respond to any actions required on her part. Lack of explanation on things at time seemed less than professional. Will recommend the experience to all my contacts. The Redfin business model is the only way to procure real estate moving forward. |

It would be great to have an on-line task list while in escrow show opening items and due dates. The doc coordinator could update and the user could reference through the redfin site. Heck, reminders could even be generated at the user's discretion. It's difficult to follow a few long emails with so many items a dates. We had some problems working directly with the So CA field agent manager back in the redfin 1.0 days, but I assume that this has been corrected with 2.0. |

We were very pleased with the timely cash refund and that was the biggest reason we went with Redfin. We didn't need a lot of hand holding through this process and could do a lot of the work ourselves, so Redfin's approach worked fine for us. The one improvement I would make however is availability of agents. There were times, especially on the weekends, when it was hard to get a hold of an agent. And while the agent who handled our purchase, Anna Nevares, was great; the previous agent we dealt with was a little slow in submitting our offer and someone beat us to a house that we really wanted to buy. That would be the only down side that we encountered. |

The offer process is a bit lengthy. I usually have to wait a day to get my offer emailed, then I have to print it out and sign and send it back. By the time I have rescanned all of those pages and sent them it is often late ( I can't do this at work) and then my offer does not get submitted until the following day. The only time I have gotten an offer in early enough to be considered was when I put the offer in before I even saw the property to get the ball rolling. |
