Arleen was recommended through a friend who gave me the names of 3 relators in the Monterey area. I was selling this property remotely and never met Arleen face to face. Arleen has very good instincts and she knows the market. It was a very unusualy time to sell, and she believed in the property and was extremely helpful in going above and beyond her duties to help me out and work with the contractor on site at the property. The house was priced fairly in the volatile market, and sold quicker than I could imagine, at a price quoted far above the other relators suggested selling price. Arlene is a very positive, easy to work with person and I enjoyed working with her. I absolutely and enthusiastically recommend her services!!
