Alice absolutely made this deal happen. The seller would not come off the price to a 98% of asking price and Alice got the seller's agent to bite into some of his commission and even took a slight hit herself to make this happen. She always kept me up to date on what was next and there were no hiccups, her communication was great. |

Working with Redfin and Alice was extremely easy and smooth. We got prompt responses and good guidance for being first time home buyers. Alice was very co-operative and helpful through out the contract & right until the closing. I could reach out to her late evenings and sometimes she would respond to my email's late nights. Would certainly recommend to friends. They have a good first time home buyers seminar which talk s about the market conditions and about Redfin's role. It would help if they could include some guidance on the process after the contract is approved and until closing. |

She was not able to advise us about what to offer for this house. However given the foreclosure market, this may be impossible. She was available by phone for all of our questions the night before we put in the offer. |

I would highly recommend Alice for anyone looking for a home. She was very knowledgeable, professional and fast when we decided to make an offer on a highly desireable property. |

She seems to lack knowledge of the area where the property is located. Aside from that, she was helpful in compiling the documents for the offer and assisted in submitting to the listing agent. |

Alice was friendly and attentive and responded quickly to e-mails and phone calls. She was also very prompt in drafting our offer. As a first time buyer, however, I would have liked more insight and explanation regarding the contract terms, and strategies to make our offer look attractive. I did not feel Alice offered enough help in this area. I would have also liked more explanation of the home-buying process after the offer submittal. |
