Not positively researched great location and good home. Very negative attitude like just sitting her office waiting good chance sluggish with ownership, dominant attitude,she does not know what is maximum customer service not even minimum customer service. I think,may be so busy. Everyone like money but did not hard work,may be has enough money for survive now. |

Barbie was very responsive from the first contact. We had searched for a few months with another agent in finding the right property for our situation, and it only took 1 day looking a properties with Barbie to find the perfect place for our needs. We had some issues with our lender, and Barbie facilitated some of those issues. Her coordinator took care of everything that was needed. Barbie made sure our experience was smooth and even went above and beyond during the sales process. This property is only temporary for us for 12 to 24 months and then we will make it a rental property, and we look forward to working with Barbie to find our next home. |

I really loved Barbie, before she showed us a house she looked at it first to see if it was worth the drive to come see(we lived in Orange County). She asked us what we were looking for, what price..and stuck to it. we went with 2 other agent before being refered to Barbie, and were so happy with how well she listened, and always answered her phone if we had any questions. |
