Beth has been an rare joy to work with. Even though our transaction was not simple she was always ahead of what needed to be done, constantly giving us updates and advance notice of what was next and even picking up the slack when the selling agent dropped the ball. I will be enthusiastically recommending Beth to any of my friends who are interested in moving on the peninsula. |

As first time buyers, we had no idea what all the procedures were in buying a home. Beth made sure that we knew everything going on in the background process which was extremely helpful. She was always available by phone or responded quickly to emails and SMS. I would recommend Beth to any fist time home buyer. |

Beth was very pleasent, no callbacks, no emails of other property... I don't really "know" much at all about her, as we only spoke once

Beth is a friendly and knowledable agent. She really knows the market and comes equiped with not only comps, but realistic expectations for selling your home. Because she priced our home right on point, we were able to be under contract after only 6 hours on the MLS. Beth was a great introduction to the Port Orchard community for my husband and me! She knew the area very well and had useful and much needed advice about school districts and neighborhoods and access to commercial services. Beth was a great realtor and I'd recommend her to anyone. |

beth is honest, hardworking, and diplomatic . we had a tough time due to market conditions and she stuck with it and was able to explain why we were not willing to accept a price way below market vaue.we would recommend her to others |
