The Bolano team was super helpful. Due to the pandemic we had rely on video tours, but the Bolano team was able to fulfill every request. Jonathan was fabulous! He went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and gave me tons of advice which all turned out to be extremely accurate. As a first time homebuyer, I'm sure other realtors might have taken advantage of my relative inexperience with the process but Jon walked me through the entire thing, encouraging me to ask questions and understand how everything worked to ensure I felt comfortable as we moved forward. He also provided me with all the resources I would need to make looking for and closing on a home painless and easy, which was remarkable given the volatility of the market when I was looking and how quickly listings were coming off and on the market. Just a top notch overall experience that I cannot recommend highly enough!
