Brad was able to help us to win a bidding war and walk us through the buying process with patience. He was very kind and always there to help and make things happen. He was always available through email and willing to work long hours.

I highly recommend Brad and his team at Redfin. As a first time home buyer, it was reassuring to have an experienced real estate agent like Brad to guide me through the whole process of making an offer to closing escrow. He was always available to answer questions and to turn documents around. I am very grateful to Brad and also to Jim and Jen who supported me with such diligence, care, efficiency, and candor.

Brad sold our home in just 3 days after listing! We couldn't have done it without Brad's collaboration. Brad was one the most entusiastic realtors we have had, and we have bought and sold many houses. He never seemed to get distressed over contract obstacles and always made them work. Without his help the last time, we would not have made the 180 day deadline for our exchange, which the previous realtor put up roadblocks. And he was working for us!! He can get the job done.
