Brad and his assistant Jen have been fantastic to work with. I purchased a condo that had four offers, and mine was selected even though it wasn't the highest offer, because Brad did a great job of "selling" my offer to the other party. After the seller accepted my offer, Brad and Jen were both available around the clock to respond to my questions and help resolve any concerns I had. They did a great job of guiding the transaction to a flawless and on-time close. I've been exceptionally pleased with Brad's work, and you'll be in great hands if you work with him too.

Brad was able to help us to win a bidding war and walk us through the buying process with patience. He was very kind and always there to help and make things happen. He was always available through email and willing to work long hours.

Brad answered all our questions accurately and quickly. The answers he didn't immediately have on hand, he would look into. If his source wasn't prompt, he'd let us know that he's still working on getting the answer. Brad was great at taking a personal interest in our situation. We were lucky that he lived in Willow Glen and we were buying in Willow Glen as it made him extremely knowledgeable. By far this has been the best real estate experience I have ever had(This is my third house). If Redfin is available where ever I buy my next house, I will use them without hesitation.

As a first time home buyer, it was reassuring to have an experienced real estate agent like Brad to guide me through the whole process of making an offer to closing escrow. He was always available to answer questions and to turn documents around. I am very grateful to Brad and also to Jim and Jen who supported me with such diligence, care, efficiency, and candor.

Brad sold our home in just 3 days after listing! We couldn't have done it without Brad's collaboration. Brad had developed a very impressive marketing plan and provided valuable recommendations for the listing process. We were always timely and proactively informed at every stage of the process by either e-mail or phone. Brad was wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand my situation and needs, and then helped me find the perfect home. He also negotiated a great price and terms, even when it was a seller's market. A+ experience.

Brad was not only a Realtor but a marketing expert. He brings a lot more then selling homes to the table.

As a first time home buyer, Brad made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We had endless questions, but Brad was patient enough to answer every single one. We've referred people to him and will continue to do so!

What a great experience we had with Brad from beginning to end. He is intelligent, attentive, and hard working. But the thing we appreciated most about Brad is that he is straight forward and doesn't sugar coat anything. Brad was one the most entusiastic realtors we have had, and we have bought and sold many houses. He never seemed to get distressed over contract obstacles and always made them work. Without his help the last time, we would not have made the 180 day deadline for our exchange, which the previous realtor put up roadblocks. And he was working for us!! He can get the job done.
