Brent was extremely competent and reliable. He answered all questions quickly and at all hours of the day (even though I didn't expect it, it was great!). He kept the process moving along quickly and kept all key players up to date and moving along together. He was a great asset to us through this process and I am very pleased to have had his support.

Brent was professional, returned emails and calls promptly and provided well thought ideas when we were constructing our offer. He is not seasoned in that he admits he is just starting his career but that isn't a negative because Brent is willing to ask the advice of others to get the right answer instead of guessing. We had a really positive expereince with Brent and would recommend him to others who are buying using a conventional loan process (ie no forclosures, construction loans etc...).

Brent was especially helpful in determining our offer price. His analysis of comps in the neighborhood gave us the confidence to put in an offer well below the asking price. Our offer was accepted. As we prepared for closing, Brent stayed on top of everything and kept me updated on important deadlines.

Brent was very responsive with emails, usually responding within one to two hours. He kept track of important dates and followed up with my lender to ensure all the documents were finished by closing. I was very pleased with the service provided, although I would have been slightly more comfortable if Brent had had more experience. That said, the entire process went smoothly.

brent was extremely easy to work with, he was knowledgeable, and he helped guide me through every step of the process. i actually ended up closing on my place ahead of schedule. i would wholeheartedly recommend working with brent!

Brent provided EXCELLENT service. I would HIGHLY recommend Brent and Redfin in the future. In fact, we have already spoken highly of our experience to others. Why would anyone not use Redfin to purchase a home???

He helped us with all of our questions, stayed up late working for us when needed, and was a great guide helping us buy our first house. Without Brent's advice we wouldn't have gotten the place!

Brent was great. When we started with Redfin, we had a different lead agent that was never available, rarely responded to emails, and kept us in the dark on the status of our own offer and other critical information. With Brent, that all changed. Brent stayed up until all hours to address any questions or concerns we had and walked us through everything we needed to do to complete our offer, negotiate price and closing costs, and attend the closing with us. Above all else, Brent is a very nice person and someone that you can trust. Finally, Brent is very familiar with the D.C. market which is critical for buyers.
