My wife and I had interviewed many real estate agents to sell our home. We was very interested in selling our home and buying a new one the only problem was the market was tight. A friend of Dana's had told us about how great Dana was and how professionally she was about her job. We had Dana come in and take a look at our home. Dana carefully explained to us what the other comparatible homes in our area was selling for and noted to us this is what we were facing in a tight market. Dana had come prepared she showed us these comps and she told us what we needed to do to sell our home. We hired Dana and took her advice based on her proven research analysis and experience in home sales of other homes and her hard work attitude and personality. The next monday our door bell rang and there was a huge bus outside our home with many realtors who had come to see our home and rate it based on what they thought. Our home received high marks not one negative. We constantly had traffic and people coming to view our home. Within 2 weeks we had two offers by the time the home was on the market for one month we had 5 offers. What I'm saying is Dana said we could sell our home within a MONTH in a tight market and we did but it had to be priced right, she was the professional and we followed her adviced three of the potential buyers had offers and counter offers and this was at a time when the market was tight. Dana and my wife priced our home just right due to market conditions and Dana made sure that our home received a lot of visibility while it was on the market...
