It is my first time buying real estate and Danielle and David made this process very smooth for me. They explained every single detail I needed to know, gave me good advice and made me feel comfortable about my decisions. It's important to feel protected by your agent, and they made me feel that way. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them as well

It was a pleasure working with Dave and Danielle! As a first time home buyer in such a competitive market, they took great care of me as we had to make many many many offers. Not once during those offers did I feel pressured into something I wasn't comfortable buying. Communication with them is very easy, available by phone or email, as they're always very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend working with them if you like down to earth people and hate the slimy car salesmen feeling.

David and Danielle were very knowledgable, savvy, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process! You want these two on your side!

I was new to San Jose and Dave provided some great insights into different neighborhoods. Once I've decided to pursue the condo, Dave and Danielle also kept me on top of things by phone calls and emails. Dave was always one phone call away from getting the answers to any real estate related questions I had. They really gave me the peace of mind through the entire purchase experience. I've bought two investment condos with the help of Danielle and David. They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing condos in San Jose. They kept me educated about the process and updated me on the latest news daily. Sometimes it may just be simple text saying, there hasn't been any news, but you get the warm feeling that your agents are really working hard for you. Don't get me wrong, they must be excellent in buying or selling any type of properties, but since I only bought condos, I can only commment on that. Good luck Danielle and David, try to keep a better work/life balance. You both work way to hard.

Danielle and David were a pleasure. Right off the bat, they were easy to get along with. They made us feel extremely comfortable and were ready to answer any questions we had. My case was a little complicated, but they were there every step of the way without hesitation. They were great at communication. I would always get a reply back by text if they weren't able to pick up my call and would be notified as to when I would be expecting a call back. They lived up to the timeline. Very nice, very friendly and extremely understanding. I would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful and we felt they were looking out for our best interest. We really felt like we were a team. We really enjoyed working with them.

My experience with Danielle & David Contreras were wonderful. They assisted me in my purchase of my condo last year. They were very knowledgeable about the market and professional and easy to work with. Throughout the whole process I did not feel rushed or pressured. I would highly recommend them to my friends or families if they are looking to purchase a property.
