My experience with David went well. David is professional, has good intuition, and is enthusiastic about his work. I am a first time buyer who was purchasing an REO which seemed to be very complicated. It is my impression that we probably would never have closed if it hadn't been for David and his passion to make it happen. Unfortunately, I decided to use Princeton Capital for my financing at David's recommendation. The service I received with Princeton Capital was horrible and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. I will definitely go back to David next time and would recommend his service to anyone. As an added perk, he has a beautiful receptionist which makes a stressful process much nicer. |
