David Thomas was a complete professional in assisting me to sell my home. In the unprecedented state that the housing market is currently in, David worked tirelessly with me and my family all the way to the end of our shortsale. It took an extended period of time to get the home to sell (to no surprise, as the lenders we're reluctant to agree to accept a loss on the property). David routinely followed up with the lender (as they were never quick to respond) while keeping me in the loop on the latest developments during the shortsale process. I had many other offers from brokers who wanted to sell my home. However, we trusted David as he gave us comfort through his dedication during the entire process. Everytime we had a question or needed clarification, David was on top of the situation and had an answer for us within a completely reasonable amount of time. Thanks to David's commitment to sell our home, our house sold for less than our loan was for. I will use David again when I buy another home in the future and would recommend him to anyone in the Bay Area.

David Thomas made it possible for us to buy a home long distance, by the incredible amount of work he did on our behalf. He convinced the bank owning the home that we were serious, capable buyers, and then arranged for multiple inspections, paperwork, etc. all to be done while we were in our previous city. He kept in close contact with us, keeping us informed, and making sure we had all the right documents signed in a timely manner. He also worked with our lender, and facilitated communication between all of the parties involved in the transaction. We are very grateful to him for all of his hard work, and for helping to make it possible for us to live near our daughter and her family.

Dave Thomas was a phenomenal realtor. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of home buying and delights in educating his clients. He is also super patient (we looked at so many homes). He really made an effort to get to know us and what we were looking for and made himself available whenever we needed him for questions or last minute home visits. David never pressured us in any way and was always forthcoming with information. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home in Sonoma County.

David was great to work with, there was never any pressure to buy and I felt like he was on our side trying to find the right house for us not just to sell a house. He was always available for questions and discussion about current market trends and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. I have already recommended David to all our friends who are thinking about buying a house!
