Dianna was the best realtor we have had. She was extremely responsive, and answered all of our emails and calls the same day, often within an hour. She organized the home inspection, took care of all the paperwork, and resolved a problem caused by our lenders. It was the smoothest closing we've ever had. Although we hope we're not moving anytime soon, if we did, we would absolutely contact Dianna again. Great experience!

The front end working with Dianna (finding properties, showing) was not really exceptionally (not her fault, but really more to do with Redfin's service model, which does well with buyers who do their own search and know what they want). She was good at negotiation (got us some closing help and discount), and was truly exceptional and accommodating at closing, when our bank was being somewhat a pain in the butt (it was the day after a national holiday so they dropped the ball until 3 pm, when the closing was midday). Would absolutely recommend Dianna to others who know what they want, and simply need a good agent to handle the transaction (as well as the seller's agent/side). But for those who really have no idea what they want yet (size, locations, price, schools, amenities, etc..) it is kind of hard to work with Redfin (not Dianna's fault really), because they don't hold your hand like traditional realtors. So in conclusion, I think Redfin is great for experienced buyers who know want they want and want to save a little money. I definitely will use Redfin again. But might not be as good with first time buyers who still want someone to hold their hands throughout the whole transaction.

Redfin is truly fortunate to have Dianna. She went above and beyond for us. We had a very difficult transaction for various external reasons and Dianna was there, right by our side, through it all. Her 20 years of experience truly showed and worked to our advantage. Dianna had to deal with some very out of the ordinary situations during this deal and with our very difficult lender. But she remained totally professional throughout- she knew exactly when to be tough and when to back off. And above all, her responsiveness and keeping us in the loop consistently, via phone and email correspondence, was unmatched. I would DEFINITELY recommend Redfin and Dianna to anyone!!

When we first read about Redfin's "commission rebate" business model, we naturally assumed that the agent assigned to us would be less than stellar. Surely, if Redfin was willing to pay us to partially broker the deal, we would end up with someone new in the business and simply trying to get their feet wet. We couldnt have been more wrong. Dianna Nardella couldn't have been more responsive, aggressive, knowledgable, and cordial during the entire transaction. And when I say "entire" transaction, I am referring to the three days it took us to find our new home and ratify a sales contract. Yes, three days. It is a testament not only to Dianna's exemplary work, but Redfin's unique and effective approach to home buying. We simply couldn't be more satisifed.

Dianna was simply the best agent we could possibly have. As a first time home buyer, she walked us through the process while being incredibly patient. She took calls from us late into the night, on the weekends, and even when she was out of state visiting a school with her son! She is the reason we recommend redfin to everyone we know.
