Gina is professional and pleasant. However, I do not believe she is equipped or skilled to provide any consultative help in what a "reasonable and winning" offer may look like. So is you are able to do this entirely yourself with confidence, then she (or I guess it's actually the back office team) will probably do a good job carrying the deal through to close.

Yes. We've had very bad experiences with Redfin's tours of houses. The first time we scheduled a tour, Eddie was almost an hour late. I had actually left after 50 minutes, and my partner had just decided to take a look at the back of the house when Eddie arrived. Although my partner looked at the house with Eddie, I had to arrange to see the house on another day. The second time, Eddie failed to get the updated code for the lock boxes in Marin. |

For the price Redfin was actually pretty good. The market conditions unfortunately were not good and we were not able to sell. |

I would recommend Gina Pia Roda to all of my friends and colleagues and already have. She was buy far the least pressure, most accomodating, friendly, and overall exceptional agent I've worked with. That said, I am sure she will strengthen her abilities to command her team and negotiations with more experience. The only reason my rating was a 6 instead of a 10 on question 24 was because of my unsatisfactory interactions on almost every occasion with Regina Puzon and Chris Diez. It was not a pleasure to work with them and they are lucky to have a colleague like Gina that could compensate for their inabilities to manage and develop a strong relationship with the client.
