When push came to shove, Greg moved as though a fire was lit under him - rapid phone calls, quick replies to emails (sometimes within minutes). I have no idea what that man eats for breakfast, but it must be made of rocket fuel. When it comes to negotiating, he is a pit bull. Also, he's very stylish and cooks a mean chili con carne.

Greg fought Friday night traffic to meet us in a cafe near our home to discuss a property that we were interested in. He was frank about what he thought was a good idea and what wasn't. Greg was easy to get along with. He wasn't pushy at all as a salesman ; we felt he was very reasonable. |
