Greg was great to deal with, I would highly recommend working with Greg for any side of the purchase or sale transaction. My purchase was a more complicated deal to work through and Greg was on top of the different dynamics of the whole process, was very attentive and thourough and easily accessible. Redfin is now my search and purchase site and I have recommended it to several friends as well.

Greg is the best! Very patient and accommodating. He was there for me every step of the way! I would highly recommend him!

We had an extremely positive experience with Greg and Redfin. He was always patient and honest with us through our search which from our limited experience seemed to be a rarity compared to some other sleazy agents we encountered in Chicago. We would highly recommend Redfin's approach to real estate and we believe Greg is the perfect agent for what the company stands for.

Our experience with Redfin was great from the start - from the field agent scheduling many, many home tours to Greg walking us through our negotiations as first-time buyers. Greg was always responsive when we asked for comps or had questions. We'll be using Redfin again when/if we are ready to buy again.

Greg was extremely responsive via email and made a point to call when the an issue required more timely/immediate discussion. He is knowledgeable about real estate and the transaction process. When push came to shove, Greg moved as though a fire was lit under him - rapid phone calls, quick replies to emails (sometimes within minutes). I have no idea what that man eats for breakfast, but it must be made of rocket fuel. When it comes to negotiating, he is a pit bull. Also, he's very stylish and cooks a mean chili con carne.

Greg was great to work with through the whole arduous process. He was very patient through my many showings, never pressuring me to buy when I wasn't fully satisfied. I love the place that I did settle on. Given that there is less agency conflict with Redfin in general, I felt like Greg worked hard to get me a good deal and give me good information upon which to base my offers. His attention to detail during the contract review period was superb, helping ensure that the seller honored previous agreements.

Greg was very honest and insightful in his observations and helped us make responsible decisions during negotiations. He was always available to speak on the phone or email, and ready to answer all the questions we had and always prepared us for the next steps of the process. When we met him at the inspection, during the final walk-through, and during closing he was always there to assist us. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we are very thankful to Greg, Dario, and other staff at Redfin.

Greg was a pleasure to work with and he got the job done. There were some hurdles to tackle which he took care of so we didn't have to. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. Our lawyer said this of Greg: "this "no frills" agent stays impressively on top of it." The only ball Greg dropped was getting the Redfin refund check delivered at closing as we requested on the website when we made our offer. Instead we have to wait 10 days. No real biggie.

Greg was fantastic. He made every effort to help us complete the process successfully. He was vigilant and effective in securing our interests.

Greg is not only a great realtor, but also an impressive freestyle rapper, and accomplished kudzo player...Seriously though, Greg is great to work with if you're new to buying a home...THANKS AGAIN!!

Greg was always willing to help us with any questions we had. He returned phone calls in less than an hour. Greg and Redfin provide a great service for people looking to buy a house.

Greg willingly stayed for our closing that took 7+ hours. He didn't have to stay there for the entire process, but he choose to. That speaks volumes to us as customers and we have recommended Redfin to everyone that's considering buying a home. It's a no-brainer to use Redfin. Thanks for such a great experience!

Greg swiftly and deftly helped us successfully execute the purchase of our home. We found him to be very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend Greg and Redfin to an experienced home buyer looking to do most of the legwork themselves, but needing a bit of advice now and then.

I like him because he's ethical and non-pushy and has patience with my flakiness. He sold my condo in under 5 months at the end of 2008 and I look forward to buying a new place with him as my agent.
