Hector worked with me when other agents would have given up. I didn't qualify for a very big loan and was constantly getting out bid by investors as I had to look at proerties at the low end of the scale in Temecula. Hector didn't make me settle for a different area or less than I wanted. His patience and persistance landed me a deal on a home that was every thing I wanted and I could not be happier. His professionalism made the experience as stress free as buying a home can be because he made himself always available to me and helped find a wonderful young lady to help me with my financing. She also was great to work with and I am recommending both to a friend that just told me yesterday she was in the market for a home.

Hector was always ready and willing to accommodate my hectic schedule, whether it was taking me out to look for homes at 7 pm on a Saturday or all day on my one day off, to answering questions at 9 pm. From the beginning through after the purchase, he has been very thorough and honest. My wife and I were very picky about the house that we wanted to buy, and Hector showed us many, many homes before we decided. He was very patient with us, and showed us homes that really fit our criteria. He was always on top of things, and always took the time to explain the paperwork. We were never concerned about the process because he made it seem so simple. I will always recommend Hector to my friends and family.

My aunt told me about a house that was for sale. I called the agent, Hector del Gaiso, and that's how I met him. He showed me the house and offered to provide me with a listing of other properties that might interest my husband and me. He showed us several houses and was always on top of things. He knew we were first-time buyers and was very patient. He always explained procedures and paperwork before asking us to sign. After many, many offers we got one accepted and we bought the house. We are very happy. If I'm ever looking to buy more property I will definitively contact Hector del Gaiso.

In early 2008, my family and I began looking at homes in Murrieta with the idea of relocating from Long Beach. After several months and a couple of bad experiences with a local real estate company, we found Hector on the internet. After conducting a telephonic interview, we decided he was the one with whom we wanted to work. Hector spent the time needed to get to know us well enough to help us make an informed decision when it came to buying a home. Our search was focused and thorough. Within a couple of weeks, we were able to make an offer and purchase our home. Hector knows the marketplace and knows how to negotiate. After the purchase of our home, Hector had contractor referrals that helped us get our home in order. Hector is a professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a very good experience with him. He helped me with all my needs as far as buying my house. I highly reccommend him to do bussiness with him.

Hector actually listened when we gave a price range and other specifications for homes we wanted to view. We did not feel like we were shown homes way out of our price range and as we shopped with him he targeted homes that were the best fit for our needs. He worked with our sometimes odd and demanding schedule to be available when we were. Overall he helped make the experience of buying our first home pleasant.
