My experience with Jeannette was great! She was there 100% of the time and was always available to be contacted. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, even on the small details. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a home to work with her.

we were very pleased with the service jeannettte provided, we were always able to keep in contact with her through calls , texting and emails.which was very helpful.

When a realtor says, "I'll call you back, many agents did not do as they said. Jeannette did as she said. If was going to be late for a prescheduled meeting--she called to say so. When we had meeting scheduled she was 99% of the time there before I was. Her appearance was always fresh, clean, and neat--very professional. And I must say that young lady was very persistant maintaining communication with the buyer of my home--even though the buyer was less than a responsible human being. How she maintained her poise and character is beyound me, but she did.

Jeannette is very professional. She also responded quickly to our questions and concerns. She never tried to steer us in a different direction and was persistent in helping us deal with many problems relating to buying a repo.
