It was great working with Jennie and Brittney. They both were very professional and were able to get the job done even though we were on opposite sides of the coast!!!!!

OUTSTANDING AGENT!! Jennie is the best. We are from out of state and she made us feel like family. She gave us expert advise, ensured everything was absolutely right before we closed, and continued to help us even after the house closed. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and dealt with numerous real estate agents, Jennie is without a doubt the very best agent we have ever had. She has our strongest recommendation for anyone looking to purchase property in WA.

Very good. We did much of the ground work via the internet on finding homes we might be interested in. After notifying Jennie she quickly and efficiently arranged for us to view all these homes and a few more she thought we might like. It took a bit of looking but when we hit on one we really liked everything went smoothly and fast.

She acted very quickly on getting us in touch with Brittney because she was out of town, who the same day sent a video of a house we were interested in. We had looked around at other realters but because we were out of town they seamed to lose interest even though we were serious qualified buyers. Jennie was fantastic. She started our first tour by showing us around the area, since we didn't know much about it. She spent an extra hour or two of her saturday just driving us around. It really helped! Especially since we don't have our own car. She was always there for us to answer our dumb questions. I would email her late at night thinking I'd hear back in the morning. I usually got a reply that night. She always sent us electronic or pdf scans of documents, so we never had to mess with a fax machine. She even went to our signing, something that not all agents do. In fact, she drove us there (no car, remember). There were a couple of hiccups in the process, but Jennie always surprised me with the speed and efficiency of her response. Currently we're borrowing her personal tool box because we haven't moved ours yet. She's that kind of person.

Jennie was wonderful and did everything in her power to make this happen and fix any glitches along the way. I will recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house!

Jennie has been a great help from start to finish. We first worked with her in buying our house and she was the one we thought about when it was time to sell. Her dedication to her clients is outstanding. I'm just sorry we're not in Washington anymore so we can work with her again.
