Joan was EXCELLENT!! She was always available to answer any questions I had and was very prompt with call backs and reply emails. I had an extremely long escrow period (terrible lender)--Joan stayed on top of my lender until the day I closed, which made me feel more at ease. She was very detail oriented and professional. I was lucky to have her as my agent!!! Thx again Joan!!

In this extremely difficult real estate market, Joan was tireless in working on my behalf to get an offer accepted. She stayed on top of every step in the process until the very day I got my keys to my new home! I would absolutely recommend Joan to anyone looking for a buyer's agent with integrity as well as knowledge of the current market.

I've worked with a few realtors before Joan and I would have to say she is the most trustworthy of them all. She works hard for you and always keeps you up to date with phone calls or e-mails. She is very professional and has a very fun personality. I've never had more fun working with a realtor than with her. And she really knows her stuff which put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. If I ever need a realtor again, I will use her.

From the Dec 2nd bank signature to our close today, Dec 19th, only 17 days for closing, WOW, that was fast.
