I was a very difficult buyer. I had a lot of very specific requirements and I was looking for a good deal. After six months of looking and probably 10 offers on properties we finally closed a deal. Jody made herself available every weekend for the entire period. She must have put in 100's of hours of her time in research, previews and showing property. We looked at all types of properties, short sales, bank owned and traditional listings. Jody was always very willing to do what every it took to make sure I was being taken care of. Jody is also very knowledgeable about all areas of the real estate business. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. |
