she was very helpful and gave me some very good advice when i asked her if i should pull my condo from the MLS when things were going slow. she took the time to give me a very good explanation of the market conditions. we stuck with it and sold the condo shortly thereafter.

Judy is professional, friendly, hardworking, honest, and pleasant to work with. She was our buyer's agent for a long-distance purchase and move, and I would highly recommend her for making a long and dramatic process as pleasant as possible. I would say she is "not at all pushy and very laid back", as she did not try to hurry us or encourage us to settle quickly on a house. In two separate trips from out of state, Judy dedicated entire weekends and showed us every single residence on a very long list. However, when it came time to close on 'the one' the laid back demeanor went away and Judy negotiated firmly and swiftly to get us an attractive deal on our terms. She was fully respectful of our needs, wants, and limits, and really a joy to work with. I will consider her first for any future real estate needs. |
