My experience with Julie was great. She was very understanding & made me feel comfortable at all times. She's very flexible with her schedule & went out of her way to meet my needs. Felt she had a excellent understanding of what I was looking & a few times she showed me property that I liked that she researched herself!!! Would definitely recommend her to future clients!!

Julie was always very professional and helpful. She was always just a call away if I ever had any questions or concerns. This was our first home purchase and I am very satisfied with our experience. One thing I would've like through the escrow process was more follow-up. While they were in transition between transaction coordinators, I was not notified and did not know how escrow was going. But once I got a hold of Julie she put me up to date with everything and made sure that we had a smooth transaction. I feel she went above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent and would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I entered the house hunting arena as a first time buyer, single father with raising 3 boys. I wasnt sure excatly where I wanted to buy. I told Julie "the area I am concidering range from Huntington Beach to Riverside". Yes you can imagin the look on her face but she never tried and change my mind,her attitude was we have some work to do. After we looked and looked and looked I remember telling her "The thing I most admiered about you is that you love a challenge". She never seemed to get discouraged or frustrated, Im sure she might have onece or twice but she never showed it to me professional till the end. Finally we settled on a place near my boys school I couldnt be happier . Thank you very very much JP

Julie Powers is awesome! First she showed me enough houses so I would have a good feel of what was out there, then she found me the perfect spot that I am completely satisfied with. She walked me through every step of the long and arduous escrow process, answering all of my silly questions along the way. You should definitely call Julie Powers the next time you need to buy a house, I know I will!

Julie is the best agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My grandmother has been a real estate agaent for 35 years. I have seen many agents in my lifetime through her work experience. Julie is head and shoulders above the others. Julie worked very dilligently with us in a supremely professional manner. We always felt like she was going above and beyond anything that was required of her. It felt like she was fighting for us, for our well being, and our success. I truly feel like Julie was more than an agent, she became a friend. We trust Julie for all our real estate needs and recommend her to every person we know that is thinking of buying or selling their homes. We do that because Julie has earned our complete trust and loyalty through the way she treated us and handled our home selling and purchasing needs.
