I would have not been able to purchase my home without Julie Stadel. This was a very difficult home purchase because the property had code violations, and I was using a special FHA 203K loan. After my first loan agent was not able to help me with a traditional FHA loan, Julie recommended a colleague of hers that worked just as hard as Julie to help me buy my first home. It took almost 4 months to close the property with multiple addendums; Julie was very diligent, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I am recommending her to all of my friends!
