It was very difficult to reach Katrina by phone or email and because we were not be able to sit down with her face-to-face to put together the offer, it was challenging to build a relationship. Our phone conservations were brief and she was not proactive about explaining the process, which left us with many questions. We had some questions that went completely unanswered and we felt like we were misguided on the offer price we submitted for the property we tried to buy.
