She is very patient, on time, and knowledgeable in repsonding the numerous inquires I have regarding any aspect of house purchasing. I did my basic homeworks, and then just followed her lead and she really made the rest simply and easy for me. She is a great agent and I would recommend her to any potential buyers.

Katrina is a dedicated professional who supports and guides clients through this process during difficult times. She is responsive and always provides answers and support. Her great personality makes it a pleasure to work with her. She is an asset to Redfin.

Katrina was awesome. Guided us through the whole process, provided great input, good recommendations, and had our best interest. Represented us well. She can definitely hold her own and isn't afraid to put on her fisticuffs when needed. Although I'm sure she's pretty busy, I never had trouble getting in touch with her.

I'll miss Katrina now that all our real estate transactions have come to a close! She was always on top of things during a long and difficult process. We appreciated her expertise and guidance.

Good arrangement for first time buyer.

We can't say enough great things about working with Katrina! When we first learned of Redfin, my fiance and I were somewhat wary about using an online company. Our biggest fear was that we wouldn't get enough face time with our assigned agent; however, Katrina proved that this is absolutely not the case. She was always available to answer our questions via email or the phone. We found Katrina to be very knowledgeable of the current market conditions and she really fought to get us the best deal on a home within our budget. On several occasions too, she went above and beyond her job description, even taking us on some home tours when she didn't want us to miss an opportunity on a new listing. There was a period of a few months when I'd say we talked to Katrina more than any one else in our family! But amazingly, she never seemed to mind that, as first time home buyers, there were tons of random aspects about the home buying process we didn't know and wanted her to help us navigate. Aside from just our inexperience in home buying, we presented a challenge in that we needed to use an FHA loan. Even before contacting Redfin, we had several agents who were uninterested in working with us because they didn't want the hassle of working with our loan type. We also found, once we started working with Katrina, that many homeowners also seemed to avoid buyers with FHA loans. Katrina, though, didn't waver in her belief that she would find us the perfect home! Even while we were out of the country for several weeks and had limited access to Internet, she and Minni Macfarlane (another excellent Redfin agent) continued the search for us. We are so grateful that she and Minni were persistent and so accommodating; we did finally purchase our first home and it IS perfect! Needless to say, my fiance and I would recommend Katrina (and Redfin too, if everyone is as great as she is!) to anyone interested in buying a property. In fact, I have already passed along Katrina's contact information to two other buyers and sincerely hope they choose to work with her and Redfin.

Katrina really fought for me every step of the way. This purchase was especially difficult and I am glad that I had Katrina on my side!

Katrina was great! Being a first time home buyer, the process is very confusing and I really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. She was very easy to reach and was always on top of things from beginning till the end. I had doubts at first of what Redfin could do for me, but Katrina exceeded all my expectations. She really did looked out for my best interest. I would recommend her to anybody and I will come back for my future real estate needs.

Our experience with Katrina Jauregui has been wonderful. She is very informative and always has her clients's (our) best interest -- this is a terrific reflection on Redfin's business model: where their agents *truly* have the clients's best interest at heart, as opposed REO agents or your run-of-the-mill agents who are beholden to the banks and commission. What a fresh concept!

Katrina was very knowlegdeable and understood the all the requirements that needed to be completed to close the deal. I was inpressed with her availibilty,responsiveness and her professionalism.

Katrina was extremely knowledgeable and when she wasn't sure about something, she would investigate until she got an answer or found the person who did have the answer. I give major kudos for this ability of hers. She is extremely personable and kept in contact with me at all times throughout this my first real estate experience.

Katrina was amazing and on-the-job all the time. She was my advocate throughout the escrow process...an amazing partner!

She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what typical realtors do.

--Communication skills in need of improvement. Emails correspondence seemed unprofessional on many levels. --Responses to questions never seemed to fully respond to the question asked. --Lack of review of documents, understanding which documents were required and proper completion of documents. --Overall a very poor experience that with a talented agent the difficulties should have been reduced signficantly.

Redfin and buying foreclosures are not for the faint of heart but Katrina was fabulous in guiding me through the process. Katrina was great at communicating in a timely fashion via email, phone, and text messaging. She genuinely cares about getting people into homes. I would use her and Redfin again in a heartbeat.

I thought Katrina and team did an excellent job. She made herself or another agent available anytime we needed to view the home, she responded to all of my inquiries quickly and she reminded me of upcoming deadlines and items I should be thinking about in a timely manner. She was extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the purchase process. The only reason I didn't give her a 10 is because I would have liked to have been included on emails or kept more informed on what she was doing on her end (i.e. I would have liked to have seen her communications or been more aware of her discussions with seller's agent and escrow). I realize that many buyers would not like to be copied on all of this correspondence but I would have liked to have been given that option to decide.

Katrina was nothing but professional in every situation. She was extremely prompt in responding to all our communications, she took her time answering all of our questions, and really looked out for our best interest at all times. I don't have a single bad thing to say about her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Katrina was pretty prompt and answered all of my many questions with patience and professionalism. She could have been a little more proactive at closing time to make sure things went smoothly.

Katrina was great. She is smart and competent and communicates well. The only trouble we had was with inter-agent communication: we received multiple requests for the same forms, or submitted a form only to have it be requested by another Redfin agent. Redfin still has some kinks to work out with the agent hierarchy thing, but it's a great system and Katrina is a great agent.

She was very helpful and supportive. It was a tough situation (our first house) but she helped us through it. I think this market is confusing for everyone and the hiccups that come up must be expected and with the help of our agent we got our dream house. Even though we saw lots of houses and I was starting to think that we should settle for anything, Katrina told us not to compromise and the right house will come up. And it did. A traditional agent would of told us to overbid on houses we thought were okay while Katrina told us to make offers only if it felt right. That was comforting. Thanks Katrina.

Katrina was awesome from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, offered sound advice and had fantastic follow up and follow through. She kept our transaction on track from beginning to end and made everything seamless and easy. As first-time homebuyers, we weren't entirely familiar with the process or what to expect. . .especially once we got into Escrow. Katrina helped us through every step and was always upbeat and personable. As a service, I would whole heartedly recommend Redfin to anyone looking to purchase a home. We began our house hunt with a traditional agent. As a go-getter, I wanted more and did alot of research and hunting on my own. I discovered Redfin and at first utilized it as a supplement to what my agent was doing. However, I soon realized that Redfin was all I needed. It took just over a year, several offers, two Escrows and many ups and downs, but now we are in the home of our dreams for much less money than we expected to spend. And that Redfin refund is oh so sweet.

The service received from Redfin was superb. Our Agent was always available and responsive to our needs. Even though we dealt with different people through out the buying process, the transition between Redfin employees was transparent and seamless. On the actual buying, because of the way Redfin works, the buyer does have to be much more involved in the process. Personally we liked this. Our agent was always there to answer any questions we had but the big decisions where ultimately ours. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Redfin to others (in fact we are already doing that:))
