I was very satisfied with Kimberly's work on the first offer. However, this time I'm a little disappointed with the service. I had to call and e-mail Kimberly every time to have my offer done on time so I don't miss my chance on the property. Even when the price changed on the property, I found it out myself through the website. I didn't get a notification from Kimberly on the property until more than a week later. My only wish for Kimberty is to be proactive and stay on top of the deal. Over all, I have good experience with Kimberly. Since this is Redfin and there is a rebate check I shouldn't expect top of the line service. |

Great service! My only suggestion is if she could contact me sooner after I place the online offer. Both times I waited about 4 hours into the next business day before calling to see if the online offer was assigned yet. Once I got in touch with her it went great. I only suggest this because several properties I have been interested in have gone off the market after receiving multiple offers in a very short period of time. |
