Leonardo is a consummate professional. He asked the right questions to discern our needs, provided new and extremely insightful information into the rather complicated/ever changing Palm Springs market, was amazing through the entire inspection process (we had multiple contractors needing to access the property), and provided invaluable expert advice/guidance for the whole bidding and negotiating process. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. He is someone with integrity and expertise you can trust.

Leonardo and his staff are wonderful to deal with. He never gave up on a difficult short sale we had that took months! His marketing is very professional with the pictures in magazines, CDs, flyers, signs, etc. Also unique was that almost every weekend Leonardo held an open house. He was very responsive to e-mails also.

Leonardo handled the real estate transaction with great professionalism and attention to detail. Most impressive were the timely call backs and correspondence. Leonardo and the people who work with him are all quick to respond. Best of all, the complicated paperwork that goes along with real estate transactions appears to have been done correctly.

Leonardo is dedicated, reliable and honest indivial to do business with. When showing our home, not only did he have an open house almost EVERY week but was always avialable to show it during the week. He was easy to contact, easy to talk too and honest and knowledgeable in his dealings. I have reccommended him to many people in our area without him asking for a referrel. He would be my first choice if I need a Realtor.
