Lisa Betz was outstanding in all aspects in our transaction regarding the sale of our home. Her professionalism remained at an intense level at all times. Lisa anticipated all transaction obstacles and kept ahead of the curve through her professionalism. Lisa continually kept us aware of all information surrounding our transaction. It was our absolute pleaure to work with her.

From the first time we talked, I felt as though they had my best interest at heart, always bearing in mind my priorities. The time I began looking was a difficult one. As soon as a house became a possibility, there were multiple competing offers showing up. But Lisa and Paula never gave up. In fact, they worked harder than ever to show me properties that could work for us, growing with each trip in their understanding of what houses would be viable solutions for my needs. Once that we found the house for us, I really saw them get to work, especially in light of all of the questions I bombarded them with. Still, they always took the extra step to see that I understood and felt comfortable all documents and processes. All the way through the end they surprised me with their prompt response time and their resources to facilitate a painless transaction. By surprised I mean, that for years I have heard what a painful process it is to buy a house. I have the pleasure to say that for me the process was a piece of cake, especially with Paula and Lisa holding my hand throughout each step

Lisa and Paula both helped find the place we call home. Through the whole process both have been nothing but nice and patient. If we or somebody we know need help to find another home we would strongly and gladely recommend them!

I would have to say working with Lisa and her team has made house buying for me a wonderful experience. She never pushed anything on us and always listened to what kind of home we were looking for. They also kept me in the loop with anything that was going on with our financing by keeping in constant contact with our lender. This is my second time purchasing a home and by far the best experience I have had doing so.

My experience with Lisa was a very pleasant one. Lisa kept me informed on a regular basis on the status of the property I was selling by telephone calls and sending copies of all the supporting advertisments which I appreciated. Because the market was slow it took one year before the house was sold and Lisa worked very hard to attract a buyer for the property through advertising and it worked! She and Paula, her assistant, were very knowledgeable, courteouse and nice to work with.

Lisa's knowledge of the surrounding community and attention to detail made our search for a home the easiest investment we have ever made. In these trying real estate times, finding an Agent that can/will go the extra yard for you is not commonplace. Lisa took our request to heart, listened attentively to our desires and produced several properties for us to consider within a day of our request. She put us in her automatic notification system and the options she produced were spot on. As a result we were able to submit bids on a couple of properties almost immediately. After our offers were submitted, when the developer/bank was short with information, Lisa was persistent with her calls until she got the information we were looking for. This helped us status our position on each offer as early as possible so we wouldn't waste our time hoping for the inevitable let down that are the result on so many properties due to multiple offers or short sale issues with the bank. I would highly recommend Lisa for all of your real estate needs as she is the consumate professional in everything she does.
