Luann had less real estate experience than my husband and I. Our purchase transaction involved taking tile through a reverse exchange with a fiduciary. Luanne consistently failed to return phone calls or follow our instructions. She would only communicate by email as it suited her personal schedule. We would never recommend her to anyone.
