Marshall was very responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help close on a particularly difficult house. I would use him again if I were buying a "normal" house, but I don't think his knowledge is specialized enough to deal with foreclosures and fixer-uppers, which is the type I just bought. I would recommend to anyone looking for a foreclosure or fixer-upper to use someone specialized in this area, as the extra knowledge gained in this will probably make up for the redfin rebate. Otherwise, Redfin is definitely the way to go. |

Marshall was very helpful in providing advice on the homebuying process and recommendations for inspectors. He was able to get our offer in quickly, so we got the house! He is busy but was usually able to find someone to step in for him when we needed a realtor.

Marshall was quick to respond and knew his stuff. We would have liked if he had a better sense of if the house we offered on, but did not get, was really worth the asking price when examining the comps or if it was over priced. It was really up to us to do the pricing analysis.
