Miawand was professional and nice. He disappeared on the day we were writing the offer due to family emergency and didn't have a backup. Redfin support couldn't contact any other agents to help either. (Miawand did contact us at the deadline and got the offer in -- but we were stuck at home waiting for his call not knowing when or if we would hear anything.)
