This was my first time buying a house, and I never understood why a real estate agent was really necessary until now. We would have been lost without Mike! Ours was a complicated deal for several reasons, and Mike guided us through it with patience and skill. He stayed on top of everything and everyone, and made sure the deal closed. He is unfailingly polite, has a warm sense of humor, and totally knows his stuff. He listened to us carefully and never pressured us in any way. I would highly recommend working with him!

Mike was extremely patient and put no pressure on us as clients. He readily advised against buying several houses if he thinks it isn't worth it as well, even though he might have been able to get a sale out of those houses. Also, he was excellent at finding properties that matched our criteria and price range. We worked with him exclusively throughout our house hunt. He was also fantastic through the escrow process when we finally found a house and gave wonderful advice during contract negotiations and counteroffers. I would recommend him to anyone in a second.
