Michael is the best agent whom we ever worked with. With his excellent services and huge help, we were able to get the house we like REMOTELY. Whenever there was a house coming out to the market, he went over right away no matter how early or late. He took lots of photos and edited each picture with descriptions and sent those over to us quickly through e-mail. He answered all our questions with great detail and promptly. He never push us and he was always very patient and sincere. He has lots of experiences in real estates market and gave us valuable suggestions and advice. He wanted to make sure we're getting something we really like at reasonable price. His enthusiasm and great sense of responsibility impressed us very much. Mr. O'connor has made my first time for buying a home very pleasant. He is a caring person and attentative. what I meant to say, he will go out his way to make sure that what a person is investing is worth it. He was very proactive, showed a high morale and is very profficient and efficient in his profession. In short words he has saved my family from being homeless. To make a long story short, Mr. O'Connor came into role when my brother was loosing his home in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. We meet like in the late of July 07. He was providing with all possible listing of all the home in the areas of our interest (four bedroom decent home in the city of Ontario). From day one he was coaching and looking over our shoulder. Once we made a selection, he was giving advice on how to go about to see if the home is worth the while. He will also do some investigation to provide additional information of the property. In the early month of febuary 08 we have finalize the search and went into escrow for an ideal home in the city of our choice. He was managing and putting the package together and put everything to work. None of the paper work were kick back from the Bank or Escrow. In the middle of March 08 escrow finalized. We moved in to our new home with a smoved transition. It was all made with the very minimal stress. I have to say this guy is real estate smart (he knows what he is doing) |
