I was able to close on house that has everything that I was looking for, including a pool within two months of meeting Miguel. That's right TWO months. I was excited about being in the market for a house but was dreading the ups and downs that come along with this process. With Miguel it was all up. He really has a great team that also takes care of everything, and I mean everything. It was really convenient to be able to call just one phone number and have any question that I had answered almost immediately. No one put me on hold or just passed me on. They really took care of me. I loved that. I really thought that the way things were going for me was to good to be true and was expecting something to go wrong. Everything went smooth without a hitch. Thanks to Miguel and his wonderful team I was able to purchase a home that I thought I would never be able to purchase.

Miguel is the BEST!! agent I've ever worked with. Before meeting Miguel, I had previously worked with 6 other agents, which tells you my level of expectancy, and needless to say none of them worked well with me. Miguel was not only extremely knowledgeable, fast, professional, but was caring and extremely helpful. There were times when I found myself having to reach him in the middle of the night and to my surprise he was there to answer my call - I'm sure he wasn't too happy about this..LOL Either way, he was always there for me every step of the way and being a first time homebuyer this gave me an extreme amount of security. Miguel taught me many things I didn't know - he cleared up the fears and doubts as well as answered the questions I had (which were many). I can't honestly say with words all that he deserves to be praised.. There are no words I can put to thank him for changing not only my life but the life of my three small children and my mother (who live with me).. I had been seaching for a home 1 entire year before I met Miguel and he found me an affordable home with all the ammenities I wanted (and more) in just 1 month. I didn't do anything for him, he did all the work and was constantly checking up on me. I will definately recommend Miguel to all my family and friends since the process of buying a home is difficult enough and Miguel makes the process a much much easier. My mother even calls him "my angel"...Do use him as your agent you will definately not regret making this choice.

Miguel is the hardest working reltor I know in the whole town. He worked day and night until he sold my property. Great Job Miguel.

Miguel was professional through the entire process. He ensured we were informed and were being taken care of through-out the experience. He continuously informed us of listings and was there for every step of the closing process. His enthusiastic and friendly persona made it a pleasure to work with him. Dealing with other agents and other individuals I am glad that we got him as our agent. He answered all our questions and was patient with us as this was our first home purchase. He educated us on the process and kept us informed the entire time.

Miguel is very knowledgeable, great to work with and keeps you in the loop in every step of the process! Although we were very picky about what we wanted in our next home, Miguel was always patient and very professional with us. We strongly feel that Miguel's experience and follow-up skills helped us secure a fantastic deal. I definitely recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a realtor with a high level of integrity, honesty and dedication to his clients.

Miguel helped us tremendously by getting us into our home as easy as possible. The only negative feedback is that we were first time home buyers and the lack of communication between all parties was not the best it could have been. We would have like to have seen Miguel walk us through the process a bit more then he had. And communicate better with us as it seemed we were the ones who called him the bulk of the time to get answers.

After having a not so good experience with another realator. My wife and I met Miguill, And I am not the easiest person to work with, I will say that Miguill supported iur needs without any problems.
